I’ve had PCOS for years now. I was put on BC and then up until a year ago, I began metformin and spironolactane. My testosterone has decreased significantly, however, new symptoms began to occur. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism 4 months ago (now on meds). I quit BC 2 days ago for fertility but am concerned about hormone levels. What will happen to my estrogen and progesterone levels? I purchased progesterone cream yesterday to help. Will increasing progesterone lower my estrogen?

My wife's sugar generally ragens between 85 to 120. However, yesterday evening the sugar level, surprisingly and shockingly, showed 385. We checked again after 1 hour it was 366. 382 aftet 4 hours. Then 359 at 3 in the morning. At present it is 339. It is just not coming down. I am a little scared on this. Kindly advise.
