I have dry eyes problem
I have dry eyes problem since 15 yrs and recently in thyroid test Tsh is 10 and t3 and T4 is within range. USG neck is normal. ANA, C-ANCA, P-ANCA, is negative. Rest all blood test is normal. However, Result of anti tpo test is 159. Now do I need to under go any further investigations and I have to start for hypothyroidism. Request advice.

I would suggest consultation with an endocrinologist to discuss pros and cons of treatment. I suspect you will need treatment at some point in time
