Hello doctor I am 31 yes old male and I am a diabetes , I have done LFT for medical fitness purpose at that time my sgpt was elevated as 126 and I consult with doctor he prescribed me heptagon , ursocol 300 and Celina 500 too. For the past 20 days I have been taking medicin but the level is reduced to 100 only..I don’t have any other health issues except this. What is the solution for this, kindly suggest me

Hi, I’m a 40 year old female. None diabetic (3.8). Normal BP (110/70). Full check up revealed no health issues except being obese. So the doctor requested to test the thyroid, Vitamin B12 and D25. Vitamin B12 is within normal range. D25 is low. Free T3 normal (4.81), Free T4 normal (14.57). TSH is High (4.28). Does this indicate Hypothyroidism? Given that Free T3 & T4 are normal.
