I've had cramps that turn into a feeling like pressure is being put on my bladder and i feel like i need to urinate but when i go to the bathroom i only urinate a little bit but when i get up i feel like i really need to go again. Also the last time i got my period was the 21'st October till the 27th. that last period came to me after about 2 and a half months.

Hello, I have been diagnosed with PCOD and have been prescribed ginette 35. I take the pills regularly and have also started rigorous workouts for weight loss. My doubt is, will ginette be a hamper to the weight loss? Should I double efforts for weight loss due to consuming ginette?
