My wife have thyroid problem, today her report has came T4 value 3.2 TSH >150 FT3 1.78 FT4 0.45 T3 74... I am currently taking thyroxine 75 mg. What should I do

I m 39 having thyroid ,not able to sleep atlest 1 hours properly, facing heavy hair fall also, pls advise. Latest T3-0.95. T4-8.60 TSH-2.22

Four years ago . I used Radioactive iodine for my hyperthyroidism. Now I have hypothyroidism and I use one Levothyroxine tablet daily and somethimes I have problem in swallowing like I somthimes The tablet stick to my throat and I can’t breath . I Have slight asthma since i was kid .

Below are the test results in my blood:: Bilirubin, Total: 2.37 mg/dL Alkaline Phosphatase: 176U/L And most importantly Gamma Glutamyl TRANSPEPTIDASE (GGT) : 368 U/L. Kindly suggest what should I do to recover from this situation.

My father is having diabetes and there was a operation done before 3 years on his left foot for diabetic foot. operation was done at downside ankle part. there is gap of 1 inch still get to filled. for now he is experiencing some irritation in his both legs and his right leg is also swells up when he walk for little distance. need help for making him recover good and need suggestion for same

My son has been overweight in the past but has now has lost considerable weight with diet and exercise. We need to determine if he has gynocomastia or if he simply has excess fat in the breast area that can be reduced with further exercise. My family DOES have a history of Gynecomastia which I also had, and had to get the breast tissue surgically removed. I understand that nowadays this condition  might be treatable with liposuction  or other less invasive procedures. Please let me know what would be the first step and if you can examine my son and give us a diagnosis. Thanks

Hello Doctor, My age is 27 years. I am facing irregular periods since March 2017, before this never had such issue. I got ultrasound done of the whole abdomen and the report was normal. Earlier I was 58 Kgs and now I am 62 Kgs. Please provide your inputs. Thanks

So the fasting blood sugar plasma test for my mother indicated the amount as 101 mg/dl. The normal range is less than 100. So i was wondering which doctor to visit for Diet consultation and Exercise advise. Any advice?
