My wife is 31yrs old and we have a 3yr old daughter. She's on insulin pump since the time she was carrying recently from past few months her blood sugars are uncontrolled HbA1c is 10 , microalbumin in 960 TSH is 12 I'm really worried and restless since that day. Can anyone help us ?

I started taking levotyroxine 25 ug daily 8 weeks ago for hypothyroidism, and a TSH level of 11. I also had "brain fog", swelling, dry skin, and muscle pain, all of which improved immensely. However, I am still experiencing constipation, and no amount of fiber is making it better. My TSH is now 3.15, normal. How can I improve my constipation?
