My uncle undergone diabetes foot surgery in below thumb finger. Doctor told that bones got damanged and some infection so we need to do surgery we agreed and operation done two days back. Today doctor checked and informed again infection become worst. Is that after surgery also we will get severe infection in the same area? Help me doctor please suggest me what to do
