My tsh came down from 100 to 2.25 in 6 weeks after taking dose of 100 mcg. My energy levels, skin, hair and appetite symptoms improved. But there are muscle twitching and cramps like sensation in the body (mostly in the legs and arms) which was on and off - sometimes severe and sometimes moderate. Would these also improve with time or can there be other reasons like vitamin deficiencies responsible for this? I had been taking vitamin D and B12 supplements and these are very well in the upper range.
