My d vitamin and b12 levels were 7 and 140 respectively 2 months back. My tsh was 6.5 at the same time. 2 months later after some vitamin supplements my tsh is 13.5. My doctor recommended to start taking thyronorm 25mg. I'm a male 22 years old. Is thyroid disturbed due to deficiencies? Should I take supplements and check again or get on with medication?

My sugar level remains normal without eating food bt after eating food it's going on 175 approx. What should I do

In June 2017 My HBA1c was 10.1 & Tryglycerides was 322 and Total Cholesterol was 267, and July Lipid, Tryglycerides came 282 and Total Cholesterol 229 and in Nov 2017 My HBA1C came to 8,5 and Fasting Glucose is 144 and PP Glucose is 265, i am confident i reduce it to on the lower side within one month with diet and exercise.Pls Suggest.

I have been using thyronorm past 10 years. Recently due to accupressure treatment i have stopped my medication which resulted in high levels of TSH i.e > 150. Can anyone confirm whether i can continue with 100mg medicaion or increase the dosage to 125 or 150
