Hi..please kindly suggest about diet( food habits) serum total blirubin 4.6 mg/dl , fasting blood sugar 270mg/dl post lunch 480 mg/dl thank you

There has been like no height growth for me from the past year , I have remained to be 5'4 , are my epiphyseal plates closed? Can I increase my height with artificial remedies ?

After around 10 and half hours of fasting, my fasting sugar level was 98 immediately on waking up. After one hour I was still fasting and the sugar level was 78. Which is my actual fasting sugar reading? I had woken up quite late today being holiday. My PP readings and HbA1C result is normal. Is there any need to worry concerning fasting sugar readings as it is always above 90 but below 100. Can this lead to prediabetes. Im 34 yrs female, taking levothyroxin 100mcg.

Hi doc, I am taking metformin , but it is causing me indigestion and vomiting. My fasting sugar level is 200-220. Pp is 260-280. Kindly suggest some other medicine. I am TTC and have slightly high prolactin 46.54 ng/ml. my serum SHGB is 16.58 nmol/L and serum free androgen index is 6.58 % . what could be the reason ? what is the defect ?
