Diabetic and which medicine give me resu

Asked for Male, 30 Years

I'm diabetic and taking metformin at 850mg twice with 2mg glimepride tablets now I'm planning to go for ship as I'm working in merchant Navy so is it allow to bring medicine with me and also how can I reduce my sugar levels my fasting is 254 and pp is 342 plz advice me if possible and which medicine give me results to decrease my sugar level to normal as I need to. Be medical fit for medical test
