Diabetes since one year
I am 27 year old and have diabetes since 1 year. doctor recommended tablet but not effective. latter on he recommended insulin but still not effective.

There are several types of diabetes but there is none that can not be controlled with insulin. You should consult a diabetologist. If you wish you can go for online consultation here on practo.
