Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi, i had consulted ent who gave me sompraz, nasal spray, mucaine gel and bilastine for 7 days for sore throat and itchy throat, symptoms have improved at end of medication. Should i stop or continue the medication?

Actually i have a smart band which monitor sleep study , oxygen level , heart rate in night Accrding to it my oxygen level usually drops bleow 85 88 I am attaching its ss

Can I take Oxymetazoline in place of Xylometazoline for my sinus allergy ? Is it same medicine?

He is Sneezing too much All The Time With Itching and Red, Watery Eyes, Burning of The Eyes Skin and Most Important His Soft Palate Is Always Hurting Him He Can't Swallow Anything, His Soft Palate frequently have Inflammation. He is Also Experiencing Postnasal drip, He Unable To Pass Any Single Day Without Allergy. Please Help

From last 3 days My throat is paining enough that I can't eat food properly... I had tonsils since childhood but never experienced pain this much. I want to know is tonsils removable without surgery... Than how.. and if not than how much the surgery cost ?

Is the recovery from the above more painful and traumatic than the recovery from a Septoplasty and FESS?

My 3 year old son has been putting his finger in his ear since the last two days very often. I noticed a tiny amount of wax on the outer surface and cleaned it. But it seems there is more inside the canal. Is it okay to put ear drops or coconut oil in the night when the child sleeps? Or is it recommended to put it during the day only? Thanks in advance.

In the attached picture i have marked papillae in red arrow. That irritates sometimes but there is no pain. Is it serious?? I'm really concerned. Pls do help
