Doctor prescribed me fluticasone furoate nasal spray and xylometazoline nasal drop but he didn't told me the time difference between these two My nose gets blocked so what time I should take xylometazoline and what time of the day I should take fluticasone ??

Morning doctors, I need your advise on a lump that has come under my ears bec of the dengue fever infection (day 6) i was going through , however thr is no fever now but those small lumps giving me so much pain not able to sleep also had done cbc yesterday lymphocytes are 41 in count ..also a general physician gave me an antibiotic to eat cepodem xp 325 twice  today but the pain is still thr doctor .. please suggest me something so that this pain subsides.. *i wont b able to afford personal consultation due to financial crunch for humanity sake please help if possible 🙏* Cbc report attached. Find a suitable doctor nearby for ent and sinustisus for past five days. Consulted family doctor. Advised to take Azithral 500. Course finished. Still nose is blocked.

I have been taking various Multivitamins for the fatigue and muscle pain along with bacterial antibiotic for the acne which has spread over my face and back. Since one week, there has been development of bumps on back of my tongue, since yesterday I have burning sensation over the tongue and itching sensation in the throat. Salt water gargle gives relief for sometime but after sometime the issue is back. Is there something to be worried of? I had covid 4 months back and have had various post covid medicines since then.

Every time I use headphones i get acidity and heartburn immediately or within a day. I have observed it multiple times, so I stopped using headphones completely years ago. Recently after using headphones(unavoidable situation) for few hours it happened again, but this time it kept on hurting my ear for many weeks. And now even listening to tv or people talking loudly I get acidity and heartburn. In last couple of weeks it felt like acidity and heartburn stopped and only my throat hurt after a meal at night mostly. I consulted a ENT, and learnt that it may be LPR(silent reflux). I am taking medication Mucaine gel, calcium-D3 supplements and anti allergies tablet, but it only gave temporary relief. So my question is what exactly is going wrong with me? Why do headphones give me acidity, nausea, vomiting? Am I becoming sensitive to even normal sounds? Is there a name for this condition?

When i saw in the mirror my right tonsil was little bigger than left. No symptoms like throat pain, fever etc but i feel little discomfort sometimes. I visited an ent doctor tdy and he said my tonsil is perfectly alright and he wrote me esomeprazolr tablet and b complex. But in the mirror i can see my right side tonsil is little big than left. What shall i do?

Hi I have been suffering from parosmia after a month I had covid ans lost my sense of smell and taste. A lot of things are there that I can't even think of eating die to horrific taste and smell most of them gives out. Was wondering if smell training could help? Also if you can suggest from where and which oils to buy cause on internet the essential oil kit available for is not for internal use.
