How are there removed from the sinuses, endoscopically or by Caldwell-Luc? Is there my blood loss and pain associated with the procedures?

Hello sir/mam On monday night i fall from scooty, and my face got hit, but i didn't got any scratch or bleeding, only scratch on finger But yesterday morning when i was washing my face i felt pain in right nostril, and i can see very minor disbalance in nose, and even i can feel that my right nostril got little big and left nostril got small from inside, pain started almost 9-10 hours after incident when i woke up in morning to take bath Should i consult a bone specialist or ENT specialist??

I smell metal kind while having coffee especially, I started feeling this when I encountered a foul smell from spilled shampoo which was not cleaned for a long time .
