Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I'm a chronic patient of sinusitis & allergic rhinitis. For last 11 years nasal spray like Nasomac AF provide good relief. If I discontinue, for few days condition remains managable. When used regularly, mucus accumulated in throat always. More mucus clears in mouth. Whether applying spray can cause more mucus formation & is it good for health.

I have a problem of coughing up frothy mucus and its more after eating or drinking...and have post nasal drip issue ...main problem is frothy mucus regularly.

Actually I have cold n cough from last Thursday ...it is enough good now...but there is a ringing sound in my ear from last 4 days...it makes me too uneasy...due to cough I feel very heaviness in my ear ...like air stuck in the ear

My daughter is 15 years old.3 days back when she was eating food then something got stuck completely in her tonsil...but it was not fish throne... We immediately consulted a doctor and then he told that it was completely struck so it can't be removed immediately..he told that it will automatically removed by itself...there was no pain .. nothing sometime when. The tounge touches that area it feel like something is there... What should I do now.. Should I wait.. The thing will automatically removed by itself or not.. I am mentioning one time more that it was completely struck... You can only see  a very small black piece in tonsil  through investigation doctor camera( don't know the name) What should I do Pls tell Will it automatically removed it by itself Or what will happen if it doesn't removed.. Pls... Pls I am too scared...

I can see small white sore in mouth in right inner cheek which is really paining. You can see in the picture as well and suggest me what is this and how to deal with it?

I had sore throat, which was quite itching for 3-4 days while coughing was usually more during sleep. I gargled 2 times daily for 5 days. A small pea sized soft gland like thing formed on my left side of the neck during that time which was a bit painful when pressed and was movable, but the pain went away. It has been 16 days since I fell ill and the cold has resolved but the pea sized thing has still been there in the same way now without any pain. Also I have a little stuffy nose sometimes. Do I need to get myself checked or will the small pea sized gland go away on it's own?

Mouth alsors in inner left side of toung its difficult to eat from that side. Not able to eat and sleep with pain this is from past 4 days

Can I crush and eat montecip lc cause I have throat pain due to which ia am unable to swallow today I took it but as due to pain it remained in my mouth and I swallowed water instead due to which half ofit dissolved in mouth then after few try I swallowed it it will not cause problem right

For last two days feeling throat scratchy with runny nose and always clearing throat. In morning throat feels horrible after sometime it clears. 2 months ago i had pharyngitis i used mox 625 tab for 7days and i cured. What should i do...please suggested me some medicines please.
