Nasal polyp
I have nasal poly from past 10yrs I don't have any symptoms is it dangerous to remove nasal polyp, after surgery again nasal polyp will come back...when I have to seek a doctor ...how much does operation cost...

Nasal polyps are not dangerous but you should get them removed if they are causing breathing issues. Surgery is usually safe and done Endoscopicaly.

Hi. Polyps are due to long standing allergy . Allergies can not be completely cured . Hence there is chance of recurring.  But can be prevented with right control of allergy.
Next Steps
consult doctor as and when you are ready for surgery.  or if u have bleeding and nasal block. it's better not to ignore it .
