Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have severe sinus headache with throat pain. I have taken Cafadroxyl but it's not reducing. Please suggest me an alternative medicine to cure sinus and throat pain

Before 20 days around I got some type of infection in my ears then I went to a local doctor who was not ent specialist and he perform cleaning of my ears through any liquid and earbuds after that I feel so much problems in my ears. Last week I checked it up with a ent specialist under microscope and he said there are 2 holes in right eardrum and 1 hole in left ear drum. I'm taking medicine but not sure of medicine will be enough to cure this issue. I feel some sounds as well in both ears and facing headache as well. Kindly suggest what should I do?

2months back she got throat hurt we went to ent doctor he told that she have allergic pharyngitis he prescribed some tablet after 2weeks she feel better but not completely heal.. Now while eating something spicy she feels irritation in throat like mucus blocking and want to clear the throat but can't

I did repeted scratching to my hear little blood came later some discharge which becomes scaly and area is turning black what is the reason is it melonomma any remedies pls. Pictures are attached

I am having white scratchy patches on back of my throat from last 1.5 months . I have consulted two ENT DOCTOR , 1st doctor said it is some allergy or due to acidic problem , he gave acidic medication and 1 anti allergic medicine for 2weeks . I took those medication and don't see any improvement. Another ent doctor told is mostly likely due to Post Nasal Drip and it is kind of Keratosis , he gave two nasal spray and out of which one is Steroid spray. Wanted to ask if the diagnosis is correct and should I take the steroid nasal spray ? I hope this is not any bigger Disease , I am scared . Any comments and help will be highly appreciated ? Also suggest how much time does it take to cure.

I had sinusitis and have taken the medicine course including antibiotics. Currently i have congestion. Can I take vaccination when i have congestion because of sinusitis?

On 31st August 2021 I have undergone Septoplasty surgery as I am working in Kolkata I need to travel on 15 th Sept 2021 in AC train. or Flight pls suggest what is recommended for traveling Today Also my nose is congested after surgery I am having on frontal part of face for Some times. Hi I am suffering from a cold. From the last 1-1.5 years, I feel like this is due to allergy from dust, rain, or sometimes from cold eatable items. I went to the doctor before the pandemic, he prescribed OtrivinOxy fast relief adult nasal spray. It works for some months but now it's again I am facing the same health problem.

I have headache since 1 week. I tested positive for covid 25days back with loss of smell(home isolation) . But from last 5days feeling headache and lightly  redness in eyes sometimes.

Is there any OTC ear drop etc for what feels like a minor boil like fornation inside left ear towards opening. there has been clear discharge on and off in past months n pain sometimes
