Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My rightside lymph node hurts while swallowing. Neck hurts when I move head towards right side. Right side ear also hurts. Headache in the morning and evening. Throat pain is worst in the morning. Even right side jawline hurts while yawning in the morning. It's been 10 days Please help.

How much time it will take to cure .suffering pain ,too much ear discharge. .how much time it will to fine.

My left ear feels a little clogged since one month.. It happened when I fell sick... My cold is gone now but my left year still feels a little clogged.. Is it because of earwax Or maybe mucus!?What should I try to relieve my ear!??

Its been many years i have been facing this issue, almost everyday i wake up with a noseblock or a cold and if i eat any icecream or coldwater within few seconds i get cold and frequent sneezing, what does this indicate few years ago i had visited a doctor he had said its a DNS RT but it doesnt need a surgery its fine if you can control. Sometimes this cold,sneezing and mucus is very irritating especially during this winter times and i also take sometime cheston cold tablets to get rid of the cold quickly which seems to work temporarily but iam looking for a permanent cure, trust me it doesnt feel great having mucus stuffed in your nose and sneezing all the time.

I have 2 swollen painless lymphnode in my right and left side of neck for 5 to 6 month. On 18th July local Doctor Suggest me to do Neck USG (size of lymphnode 10*4 mm and 9.5*3.5 mm )and also recommend KZ lotion for Dandruff and some antibiotics and also recommed to consult with a Dentist. Then I go to the dentist. Here three tooth infections are found. Then he did RCT in three tooth. Now toothpain and dandruff almost gone but I think  size of lymphnode are same.. then I visit another Doctor He also give me some Antibiotics Suggest me to some test..the test result are Mantoux Test- Negative CRP - 0.716 mg/dl Fasting - 88mg/100 ml LDH - 191unit / L Uric Acid - 7.0 mg/100 ml Free T4 - 1.38ng./100 ml TSH - 5.4 micro IU /ml Ptime - 11.5 second HIV 1&2 - Negative Also Attached neck USG and Blood Complete Hemogram What to do next? I am very much worried

I have been taking montelukast fx and avamys spray over a month now.. Since I have been having sore throat and pain while swallowing helps me relieve the symptom upto some extent the allergy is their throughout the year . I wanted if I could continue it for a chronic period as of now as I don't knw when it will get cured thank you
