I have throat pain looks like muscle pain , difficulty in swallowing as I hv to use a lot of force to swallow and I'm tired after that

Sir u need to have a thorough consultation like how long the problem has been there, any aggravating factor, fever etc. then only I can give u a proper diagnosis and treatment.
