Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

For past 2-3 days i have right ear clogged. Runny nose has stopped today but still ear is clogged. It popped once but soon it again got clogged. What should I do

My mother is having Swelling and pain in left side of face, she is facing weakness and fever also and for some days she was having a black discharge from nose. She is also facing arthritis. Last night i read in news blogs that these are one of the symptoms of black fungus. I don't know what to do.

I had a left ear surgery two months ago after that my back portion of ear has infected not a very large portion. But small portion of infection is not recovering. Consult with my surgeon and I have taken antibiotic and also doing dressing with betadine lotion. But sometimes I found little fluid is discharging from that infected areas but not continuously. Infected portion is not recovering.
