Usg description regarding lymph nodes details is not mentioned like necrosis if any,,u can take anti inflammatory for a wk,nd consult an ENT Surgeon for better evaluation

Sir u need to consult and give detailed history like how long the swelling has been there, need to show ua oral cavity oropharynx etc
