Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My mother 66 yrs of age is having trouble in heqring words although she can hear sounds.Her eardrums are fine.Also most of the time when she wakes up from the sleep she is having a nasal voice and she feels her ear area is blocked. what to do?

My taste was regained after covid but now it has bee. Again lessened, tested negative in rtpcr. What should I do? I had covid in April 2021. The taste sometimes decreased. Also the food smell doesn't stay for longer in mouth. Why does it happen?

I have been experiencing mild pain while swallowing saliva (not food) also lump like movement only on the right aide of my throat. It becomes more difficult to swallow while my head is tilted or turned towards right side while sleeping. It's been few months i guess, but from last two days the pain got worsen and painful even if I'm not swallowing anything. Please guide.

Its been a week since i have congested nose , ear pain , eye pain, headache and sore throat and cough I have been diagnosed with sinusitis last November. After that i have been sick for few times but this time everything is happening with severe earpain and eye pain What should be done?.

Yesterdayi visited ent doctor for mild ear ache...he.cleaned with endoscopy and said that there is fungal infectiin in my ached ear(left) he gave me raybiotic drops .now shouldi use drops in my bothears or only left ear?
