Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi dr. I have a hole at wall of oropharynx. Please check the image and suggest. There is no pain or puss. It been 3 weeks I saw it.. my dentist told me to gargle with salt water thrice a day. It will heal by itself.. but I didn't see any change.

Esophageal spasm it feels like squeezing so hard on my chest after eating large food and it causing pain on my chest when sleeping i am eating Pan 40 tablet any tips pliz help and i am worried

Hi doctor I feel like it is slightly ringing in my left ear...I did not loose any hearing ...I had been a while it started it rings for sometime and comebacks ...it happens atleast twice or thrice a week
