I have a toungue groove at back of my tounge in right side edge the area is little bit red what to do please suggest it is from years

I have throat pain plzzz suggest Me medicine Also suggest medicine for to remove all cough from chest

I am suffering from sinus infection for past two months. I have also taken calvam as prescribed by doctor. But still my problem persist. Sometimes I feel fatigue.I have done all my sugar, lipid etc tests. And everything is normal.  Pls tell what should I do. I feel runny nose all the time. This is first time happening to me.

I have got covid 5 months back. Till now it got very less improvement. Can you suggest any tablets to improve regaining the smell.

Coughing due to mucus in throat. Little throat irritation and coughing up phelm which is watery and clear. Coughing nine to ten times a day. Not evening time I cough up phelm. But in a day four to five times i cough up clear phelm. Not dry cough. This problem is starting since last week. Before this I had a problem of dry cough and runny nose. Which is gone now phelm cough. What is the remedy?

IAM experiencing nose blockage(Every day) and little bit of runny nose(not every day) from past 10days,there is no cold ,fever,throat pain&no sinus pain.when I use nosal spray then I'm getting relief for5hrs,then again nose is getting blocked.what could be the reason.can you plz suggest a medicine.i have taken citrizen for3days in night times.what is the problem.plz suggest me.

I am feeling moderate pain in my neck near left tonsil. This problem is started around two weeks ago. But now ever after gargling and drinking hot/warm water regularly from last 2-3 days I am not feeling any better
