Regarding puffed jaw, palsy & eye pain.
From last 4-5 yrs i am suffering from severe pain behind eyes. My right eye is drooping and both eyes are protruding. I have done mri of brain which came normal. My right jaw is puffed and loss of sense in smell from last 4 yrs. Eye doctor said eyes are normal. Have done x-ray of pns y'day. Attached below.Pls go through it. Should i go for ct-scan of pns? Can mri fail to detect cause which ct-scan can find?

Xray pns doesn’t give detailed idea about your sinuses ..ct is a better radiological investigation . Considering your symptoms , first of all you should Get a ENT physical examination and then accordingly if required ct - pns can be done or any other investigation ..mri and ct are 2 diff modalities and they diagnose doi conditions , either of them are not superior to each other in terms of investigation .
