Constant throat mucus

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Hello doctor, last 4 days I feel constant throat mucus and often clear throat. It is not coming out. There is choking feeling sometime due to this phelgum. No history of fever, cold or anything else. But sometime acid reflux and burping. What should I do for instant relief. Please suggest some good medicine or home remedies. Actually I don't home treatment and I am living alone in this world

Take tablet mucinac 600 dissolved in one glass of water twice a day, inhale steam of plain water three times a day. Tablet Rabeprazole Levosulpride empty stomach half hour before breakfast.
