Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I think I have something very sharp stuck in my throat, whenever I swallow something it hurts very badly and it even hurts when I drink water, what is this pls help 🙏?

Before was having ear infection doctors cleaned my ear and told there's a hole and requires operation. After few days now yellowish fluid comes out from one ear which is having hole problem only in night while sleeping.Is operation the only way the hole can be covered and why yellowish fluid is comming.

Hi I have been having some bit of ringing sensation in ears when alone in quiet place and no issues while in office or watching tv etc. This is specially at night and I feel its blocking my ear. I recovered from covid in May and have now been fully vaccinated. Although not too bothersome but creates a panic little bit when sleeping at night. This is happening since 2 to 3 weeks

Last 9 months recurrent pain in right side submandibular region. And I had acid reflux. Now my 3D ct report say multiple subcentimetric and enlarged oval shaped hypodense homogenously enhancing nodes are seen in bilateral Level IB, Level II, V. No e/o any necrosis foci calcification.average size is 7×4mm. And largest one is 18×7mm in right level IB with preserved fatty hilum.
