Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi. I have got throat infection due to cold. Ans water goes from eyes. No fever nor no body pain. It is like itching in throat and if I drink water are any I feel pain. It is like something is struck in throat. Can u pls advice me some medicine. I have taken Dolo, Montec LC, cough syrup. But still it exist.

I am so nervous because white patches on my left side tounge were never goes till 20 days to now...is it hairy leukoplakia or several deficiency of vitamin??? Plz help

For patients who got septoplasty at least 5-6 months ago or maybe years ago, in which case should they reach out to an ENT surgeon again if their nose gets hit? Like for severe trauma to the nose or just a mild hit or if only it bleeds? I am asking it because I read that if they reach out to the surgeon within 14 days then they can fix any new deviation caused without a revision septoplasty. And should they visit the surgeon who had operated or any ENT surgeon can fix that? Thank you very much for the response. The reply will be helpful to us septoplasty patients.

I have a pronouncing problem particularly R alphabet . I am a adult now, can this be cured , I cannot pronounce rrrrr sound . Is there any exercises for this , or what can I do .

I am feeling burning sensation and pain in right side of throat and pain in right ear,and feeling heaviness on right side of tongue from 1 week...i am also feeling lump inside Throat on right side when put my finger inside and touching that lump,it is slightly pain on that lump to touch...i also able to feeling swollen lymph nodes under chin i recently visited an ENT for examine and he said nothing to worry about its just swollen taste buds on tongue and told me to stay stress free and and for ear he said its just mild allergy in ear... i am so much worrying about cancer or anything serious... what can i do? please help
