Swelling at left neck no pain only swelling what's the reason I have attached the image also plz see and tell me the problem

Right sided Mastoid exploration plus facial nerve decompression plus tympanoplasty done in 2018.And septoplasty done for Deviated nasal septum in 2019. MRI and CT scanning done last week. Need your consultation on the reports.

Hii sir my right side neck was developed lymph nodes but ultrasound not detected iam allergy rhinitis patient ,nasal blockage in one side iam repeated cold but my doubt is allergy rhinitis developed swollen lymph nodes???bt my physician said this is allergy lymphnodes this is possible

I am sneezing,catching cold,running nose which signals allergy rhinitis is the reason based on internet search. Sneezing doesn't stops of it started and that is very uncomfortable. Concentration reduces and feels some absent mindedness

My mother has loss of taste since april2021. With burning sensation in mounth. She visited so many Ent specialist they only give multivitamin to her, and tell that there is no any ulcer Or eruption. Then one of the ent specialist refferd her to neurologist. He also gave her to multivitamin injections n tablet. She got temporary relief on that medicine. But as of now problem continues, she can't even eat properly. Is there any serious issue?

Last two day i am feeling like 1% lower sound in right ear. So i visited doctor he said some sticky fluid or something called OME in right ear.Also i feel 1-2% heaviness. Also audiometry and Tymphanometry is normal. I dont know its related or not buy allergy ige is 1250 ng-ml One doctor gave me Tab allegra m and one doctor gave me Tab prulastin m both for 1 M Can u please tell me which will work more better and faster...I am very tensed...please reply 🙏🙏(also if u think to add some medicines pls write)

I am having lot of cough and sneeze and while coughing my ear is also paining...and I has lost my smell ...and my taste is good only..is it required to take rapid test immediately or shall I wait ...suffering from cold last 3 days and lost smell today only ...taste is fine onlyy...

I used headphones for one approx 45 min to 1 hour..and suddenly little blood is in my ears ..I cleaned it with a bud ..is it normal due to some infection which I always have in my ears or any major cause it can be ..it just happened after I used headphones continuously..
