DNS AND BP
Sir I want to know that I myself am taking taking high dose medicines to control my bp. According to a certified doctor i am taking telmisartan(40mg) amlodipine(5.0mg) as well as chlortalidane(6.25mg) from a few months. But it is a matter of grave concern that my b.p is not being controlled properly. That remains within 155/90 mg HG. I have also a problem a DNS. The nasal septum is not totally normal and as a result of I am also feeling difficulty to breath properly. So can you suggest me anything means is there any relation between bp and DNS. Yes I am also taking floresp nasal spray for 1 week . So please suggest me something doctor.

Yes if the DNS is significant causing nasal obstruction and also breathing issues, and sleep disbursed breathing like snoring, sleep apnea then can lead to pulmonary hypertension as well as systemic hypertension ie high BP. U need to have a proper consultation to know the extend of nasal obstruction due to dns and treat accordingly.

No there is no direct relationship between DNS and high BP. Kindly follow up regularly for both of your diseases with respective specialists. BP can be controlled by hiking the dosage of the drugs further.
