I have sleep apnea. In sleep my hand always go towards nose. Had ctpns they Show dns towards right

If DNS is mild/asymptomatic no treatment is needed.. regarding sleep apnea..how severe is it?have you done any sleep study? For sleep apnea first approach is to weight reduction..and lifestyle modifications...
