Can you please interpret the attached MRI report? My symptoms are vertigo, headache and dizziness. Once or twice mild pins and needles in my left side of face. Is nasal polyps something I need to worry about? Please let me know. Thank you.

Headache may be due to migraine. To rule out nasal/sinus problem, a nasal endoscopy along with viewing the CT scan plates will help. If those are normal then you should consult neurologist for the headache.
