Mouth ulcer
From pas 7days i m surfing from mouth ulcer. first day ulcer was in my toung only but today it is in my entire mouth nd its painful. I hv taken bicosul table approx 10+ table till now i also take zytee (antiseptic pain-relieving gel) but yet not recover..

If it’s multiple small ulcers in different stages of development could be aphthous ulcers
You need
antacids
Zytee L ointment
Multi vitamin tablets

Ma’am u need to show the ulcers on a thorough video or physical consultation, and give detailed history to properly diagnose and treat ua condition.
