Since how long it has been, u need to give detailed history and show ua throat on video, then only i can diagnose and treat ua condition.
Next Steps
Do gurgles with betadine 1tsf diluted in half glass of water three times a day.

Avoid junk, spicy fried food, exposure to dust and cold water, smoke etc
