I am suffering from headace, cold , bad smell in nose , right nasal blockage . I have pns xray waterview please check in this xray any issue or not.

Sir these days X-rays for paranasal sinuses is obsolete, x ray doesn’t give much information. For nasal pathologies sinonasal endoscopy and CT scan is the gold standard. Although this x-ray looks normal, this doesn’t rule out any pathology u need thorough consultation on video or physically to properly diagnose and treat ua condition.
