Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Sir i was hit by something like insects or bug on my throat area (neck) while driving fast it hurt but no swelling pliz check and i am sharing pics pliz help

I have been facing the sore throat , dry eyes and mouth for a year. I drinking enough water 4l daily. Daily morning , my sleep get disturbed because of the these probs. I took the zinc tab that doctor prescribed for 2 months nothing different.And after, i went a ENT specialist, he prescribed a Syrup(diovol).That also not helped. So, please anyone can help me with these.

Dear doctor Last 4 days I Have pain in left ear. After Going to doctor he told fluid has build up in middle ear. Type b tymphonomatry. Moderate hearing loss is there What is the best treatment for that. Will the fluid clear by it’s own. Or the hearing loss is permanent.
