Sinus and sneezing

Asked for Female, 36 Years

Hello doctor Iam using metaspray nasal spray 100metered dose for more than 10years for my sinus problem.It was prescribed by a doctor before 10years.Is it advisable to use nasal spray for such a long duration or should I stop using it.But after using it iam not getting affected by cold allergies often.

Ma’am u to gradually lessen its use and then stop. I mean if u using two puffs two times a day then use 1puff twice a day for 5 days then one puff once a day for 5 dys days then stop. Then if the symptoms recur again use it in same fashion
