Dehydrated due to Snoring
I have a habit of sleeping on my back and when I do so, my mouth opens up and I stsrt snoring. Because of this I wake up dehydrated and also it sore throat and it feels terrible. I try to sleep on my side but end up sleeping on my back due to muscle memory. Are there any fixes I can try to help myself

You must get yourself evaluated by an ENT to check your airway and the collapsibility of your throat and tongue. Even a sleep study would evaluate the severity of the snoring. After this, appropriate treatment can be provided depending on the level at which the snoring is more pronounced.

plz drink plenty of water sir and during ngt time keep 2 pillows and side pillows in c shape to maintain posture and visit ENT doctor for proper evaluation of level of obstruction in airway sir..

Sir I think u are having obstruction in your nose, u need to give a detailed history and examination on a thorough video consultation. Meanwhile use saline nasal sprays 4 times a day and also bed time.
