My husband snores a lot which affects my sleep majorly. Can you pls advise any medication, tests, or remedies. His bmi is normal and he is lot into fitness. Not an over weight person. Height is 5.5 feet and weight is 64kg

He needs to get evaluated for a thorough ENT examination , cause can be in the nose like deviated septum or in throat like tonsillitis or a bulky tongue or at the level of voice box , also need to evaluate in view of thyroid also

His weight is ideal, I think he is having some obstruction in nasal cavity like deviated nasal septum, hypertrophied turbinate, etc. U need to have a thorough consultation on video or physically to get proper diagnosis and treatment.
