White spot on tonsil

I have a single white spot on my left tonsil for 5 months. No pain. When im doing warm salt water gargel for few days it decreased in size but again after some days it comes back. What is it...please suggest me something

Nothing to worry about, just maintain good oral hygiene. Do gurgles with betadine diluted in half glass of water three times a day after each meal.
