Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My voice keep changing like having cold in night and morning time after waking up. Also I can feel little congestion and cough from nasal passage to throat .. But mostly unable to get it out. Although a few times it comes automatically out while coughing or so .. Kindly suggest what it is and how to overcome this

Dear sir/madam suffering my left side ear pain from past two days,because of one cavity in left side I thought that pain is influenced by teeth cavity ,had been visited my dentists he said that wisdom teeth is started for growth and had given some antibiotics tablets, and aslo prescribed to wear cotton in ear. Even though my ear is painful, yet if keep the cotton to close the ear there will some fluid .. if I try to clean the ear in ear buds getting blood stains please suggest me whether wearing cotton is good or bad

Patchy tongue, cut on tongue. Facing this issue from several years. Lots of cut on the tongue, now having pain as well

I have recently discovered red spot in my mouth, I don't have any pain and no any Burning Sensation in that Area.. I don't know what it is? please tell me what is the problem and its solution?

4 days ago, She was using ear bud for cleaning the wax for right ear but unfortunately ear bud goes too far and hit hard, after that little blood discharged, and she feel pain and ear get clogged and even sometimes she is hearing different type of sounds. Then we went to the nearby clinic the doctor suggested us a PYRICORT drop. Now, the pain is becoming less, she is able to hear but not properly also sometimes her right side of face becoming heavy.

I have only right turbinate hypertrophy during normal time but when  season changes I experience my turbinates swell in both sides and again come back to normal when it is sunny..but my right turbinate is swollen only how to cure this.Ihave allergic rhinitis and dns to left but my left nostril has no problem except during weather changes what should I do.

My Husband is having cough and he feels suffocated sometimes due to this. Initial problem starts with the sneezing and after somedays it becomes a coughing problem. Currently he is having both cold and cough. Night time he is not able to sleep due to the wheezing and suffocating feeling.

On my tounge having a big size sealed in left side so facing problem with eating and talking.also throat area panic due to disease.

I am 19, and just 2 weeks back I decided to capture image inside my mouth. You can see one is larger than the other. And the other one looks uneven. Internet keeps saying asymmetrical tonsil enlargement is cancer of the tonsils. Amoxicillin was prescribed which didn't reduce the enlarged tonsil. Day 15 of treatment.. Comparing everyday pictures.. The enlarged tonsil looks almost exactly the same with no changes. Also check the 2nd image. There are red bumb. What is this sign off? There is no breathing/ swallowing food difficulty. There is considerable anxiety, I press on my neck every hour to check for swelling, I find two swellings right beanth  my jaw : I am interested to know what is the cause of this? Is this part of the tonsil? I never consumed alcohol, no tobacco But are those bumb sign of HPV? How would I know I hv HPV? Is HPV the cause of this? There is no ear pain. But if I press hard enough in my neck or under the chin/jaw I feel pain. Kindly look into this.

Please give me a proper answer I need to know as I have been prescribed this amitone 10 mg (amitriptyline hydrochloride) at night and now due to throat infection and nose block I been prescribed this allercet DC (Cetirizine hydrochloride and phenylephrine hydrochloride) at night ,amitone is also at night I also kept gap between the two but I had this headache next morning and light chest pain can it be due to medicine interaction.i won't cause problem I took it once although there was a gap of 1to 1 hr 30 min.i didn't take the next dose
