Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

From past 4 days I'm suffering with cough and found elongated uvula is causing it. Please suggest me solution for this 🙏

I was diagnosed with sinus before, does sinus cause the motion sickness? Whenever i travel in car or driving i feel nausea and fatigue, even eyes and ears become sensitive to light and sounds.

Gone through throat endoscopy, infection is present and doctor suggested tablet to reduce acid reflux and to reduce infection. I drank cold water a day before.
