Cold, cough and fever
Hi Sir/Madam,
My dad has mild fever(99-100), cold and dry cough. Have attached his blood test reports. Please suggest a way to cure.

Can take regular paracetamol (if not allergic to it) for fever. Visit a nearby ENT for examination of nose and throat for further treatment and to assess whether antibiotics are required are not.
