Tab Reyares DSR (Rabeprazole Domperidone Sustained Release) tablet is to be taken empty stomach 1/2 hour before breakfast.
Syp Mucain Gel 1tsf is be taken 20 min before lunch and dinner after properly shaking the bottle.
Tablet Paracetamol is to be taken only when needed.
Rest take precautions.
