  4. Common Cold. Treated with home remedies?

Common Cold
I developed a sore throat a few days ago. It led to coughing and now there's a slightly runny nose. There are some rashes at the back of my throat (I have attached a picture below). I don't have any other symptoms, nor do I have fever or anything. Is this just a common cold that can be treated with home remedies?

Do betadine gargle 3 times a day. Drink warm water.
