Allergic Rhinitis
I face problem with Allergies throught the year. It gets worse during seasonal changes. I sneeze a lot and constant runny nose. It is usually the worst after waking up and in evening. I have seen multiple doctors, I get prescribed Levo-Cetrizine or Cetrizine. And when it gets regular, I get prescribed a steroid based nasal-spray: Fluticasone variant. It was recommended to me that I should not use steroid based spray, hence are there any other treatment options or any other alternatives to my problem?

No alternate treatment. Who has told that spray should be used?

Hi. Try avoiding cold water when you wakeup and stay warm. As cold air and water Caan trigger the allergy.  And steroid spray helps in controlling the symptoms.
