Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello, I have Been Suffering from throat pain with irritation I have some bumps on the base of my tongue. epiglottis is also visible. the colour has changed of my tongue with a thick white coating. Have some white spots on my cheek and tongue also kindly, please help me to diagnose my disease. Is it serious or something else?

From last almost 3 years my mother is facing Omet and highly dizziness. Treatment is continuing but during medicine she would be ok and after stop medicines she is again facing the same problem. She is having high BP history. Not having sugar. Earlier she faced thyroid but from last one year thyroid is normal. I have changed 3 ent doctors in which one of them told me some kind of liquid in her ear has been disordered. Pls suggest any specialist doctors per symptoms .

There is a patch on sides of tonguem they are white in colour. No pain nothing. No pain but what to do. Why is this happening?

Hi, I had a turbinectomy one week ago for treating obstructive sleep apnea and snoring. However, I still have snoring issues and extreme daytime sleepiness. I have tried caffeine but that doesn't help. For multiple years, I've had daytime headaches that are mild but constant and occur just around the nose and the eyebrows that tend to make me drowsy through the day. Is there anything I can do to make this better and improve my productivity? Thanks!

I am facing continuously sneezing while I am not sleeping and during sleep close nose. Whole day i want to reading but i can't due to running nose and eyes also . I have home dust allergy but my home is clean and i am reading at home throughout the day. I tried everything every types allopathy( montelucast) 1st then homeopathy 2 nd, then ayurvedic 3 Rd and Frome 3 years i am steel help less. During typing this massage i am in sleeping position to avoid sneezing and running nose. Please can anyone help me out this i can't focus on reading i can't watch a single lecture without lying down on my bad even I can't reading with seating position. If I am constantly driving them i have no problem, during eating I have open nose but when ever I am trying to reading running nose is continuous and uncontrollable. can any doctor help me out of these please don't suggest homeopathy because that medicine have zero affect on me. I can't even go outside whithout taking medicine, handkerchief.
