Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I m having severe throat pain in which I couldn't even open mouth to swallow a drop of water or to close the mouth. Swelling in the right side of neck it's paining Frm there the pain goes to the ear and it's uncontrollable. Presently I need some medications to relieve Mrng I'll fr check up . Please help.

I'm getting cold often... Most of the time. Can I take this supplement? The supplements I mentioned has followed the daily recommended amount.. Can I try it for a month?

My x-ray report: 1. right hilar vascular marking are prominent 2.Cardia ( not sure) normal 3. Cp angles are hazy(?) Is my x ray alright? I complain of throat and mild cough problems this was my x ray report and all my report results was I have chronic tonsillitis.

Since last 5 days I am hearing throbbing sound in my right ear, like hearing a artery pulse. All the time, nothing seems to relieve it. I dont have any other medical issue otherwise

I undergone MRI BRAIN WITH MRA for headache, everything came out normal but this " left maxillary sinud polyps" is highlighted. Do i need treatment for this.?

Throat sensitive to paint smell, perfume smells, car ac, seasonal changes, all out, hard smells etc. Sensitive to some food items like curd, cold drink, sweets etc. While brushing teeth in the morning, sever cough occurs and sometimes blood comes from throat. Hi..I was suffering from severe cough and cold few days back and after that I am getting this beating sound in my left ear.There is no pain.But continuous sound is coming.

Dear Doctors, I have been facing throat issues for almost an year, initially I used to face too much hoarseness, I consulted 2 ent by far, t first one kept me on montelukast then the hoarseness did go completely but somehow it reduced to some level, then just to have permanent cure I consulted another ent, he also said it is acid reflux only , he did basic largyoscopy and found two nodules on my vocal cord and some keratosis. I don't know when I will get cured , can someone pls guide me for permanent cure, it literally makes me frustrated to have itchy throat n hoarseness when I talk a little extra. I am attaching the pic of my current prescription , ur advice shall be greatly appreciated!

My biochemistry test report: RBS = 125 of 70-140 ASO = <50.00 of upto 200 Serum uric acid = 5.5 of 3.5-7.2 Thyroid profile: 1. T3= 0.58 of 0.61-1.81 2. T4 = 3.9 of 3.2-12.6 3. TSH = 0.23 of 0.35 - 5.5 IgE = 337.8 of 1.5-378 Is my test normal besides thyroid report? Am I suffering from hypothyroidism?
