Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am having throat discomfort from 1 day I just used Chlorhexidine mouth gargle and I took paracetamol 500 mg tablet before yesterday sleep. From today around 10.00am i got sudden body pains light chills fatigue and fever and i am having only oneside throat pain (left) and pain while swallowing food and redness and continues pain and sensation around left tonsil and i am having thick mucus comming from back side of nose I attach few images for a look please suggest the digonosis and treatment. And i am having some spots on tonsil on left side.

Having dry cough and chest pain ate ice cream day before yesterday.and on coughing I vomit too I am unable to sleep in night

No fever but feeling high cough ad cold while cough. Last week had mild fever ad headache, had tablets for that but cough more trouble now pls advice

Hi, my daughter is suffering from cold from last 2 months. At night she wake up daily and starts coughing seriously. She remove the cold from her nose multiple times in a day and now blood is coming along with cold.

I m getting throat itnchness,pain from lot of months i m taking tablets of throat itnchness,cold tablets whenever i m about to get cold and throat itnchness so my body not fully released cold? also i put high speed fan during night,and wear shorts in floor while sleeping

Kindly note i had a throat irritation about 2 days back with  mild fever which got subsided that day only .Today i started with  cough and congestion in chest.I was already on Steriodal nasal spray from last 25 days for allergic rhinitis issue.Kindly advise wether i should start with Telekast F or Lecope AD.?Which among the two will be better in my case?Also should i continue with Steriodal nasal spray?Thanks

I had surgery almost 4 months ago for a Septoplasty and a Turbinate Reduction. I am also feeling dryness in nose daily and While taking bath in morning and when I blow my nose then blood particles are coming out . Is this normal?

My spouse got throat infection can we use AZAX 500 which is Azithromycin tablets during breast feeding for 5 months old baby?
